We believe that successful developments start with understanding how people use and experience spaces. That is why the interior concept of 5TRACKS was an important part of the overall vision from the very beginning.
Together with Dutch Invertuals, Powerhouse Company, and Shift Architecture, we shaped a workplace environment that reflects the way we work today and tomorrow: flexible and designed around connection. A key part of this vision is biophilic design. By bringing natural elements, materials, and greenery into the workplace, the interior creates a stronger connection with its surroundings. From colours and textures to custom furniture, every detail contributes to an environment where people feel comfortable and enjoy spending time.
This vision has now been recognised with the DNA Paris Design Award 2026 in the category Interior Design / Workplace.
A great third recognition for 5TRACKS, following Office Building of the Year and the finalist position for the NEPROM Award for area development.
As development partner on behalf of Synchroon and J.P. van Eesteren, Vigo remains involved beyond delivery, continuing to activate the building and grow the community around it. This week, we signed agreements for 4,000 m² of new leases. More on that soon.
